Ethan Rasmussen Quito Ecuador Mission June 2021 - June 2023

 H ey everybody!  this week was super great honestly. i got lucky enough that on my last transfer i got put in an awesome ward with so potential here in Quito and we are living with another companionship. this week we were able to find 2 familias to teach  and put a homie name luis loja on baptism date for may it's pretty cold up here bc we are super high in the mountains but it's good cuz we got a warm shower. i don't really got much to write but ill drop the pics fs

  Hey everyone! 5 weeks now in Quito and it's been so bomb. I've been training this transfer and it's dope my kids name is Elder Rusch, straight dawg from Utah and we go hard. Quito super different than all of my other zones but I love it, just some many people and malls. I love the malls cuz they have normal food and it's great. The time is flying finishing up the last week of the transfer and I'm on the last transfer. I really can't believe but I still love what im doing here. Thx for the bday wishes, we ate some unlimited sushi it was fire! Hope everyone has a good week

  Hey everyone! Fat minute since I wrote an email but here I am! Last transfer I was only in an area for one transfer in Otavalo, it was literally on a volcano and the people were indigenous and it was just straight farm land. Even the Sacrament meetings were in Quechua. It was pretty dope honestly I got to learn a little bit of language. But then I got transferred about a week ago... Now I'm in the big city of Quito as a "finder" basically an assignment that we just contact all day and we just teach one lesson w people and it's like a lesson to really see if they are interested, and if they are we pass the to the area in the zone! So it's actually really dope but we are traveling a bunch and meeting a lot of new people. Also there's four of us and 2 of them are freshies from the mtc! And last week was awesome because we were able to find some that wants to get baptized in the future!

Hey everyone Last week of the transfer Ngl probably the fastest transfer of my mission I have 3 transfers here in Cayambe so theres a chance I can go but we will see what happens Really good week this week. Just doing of bunch of exchanges w zone and helping out the other missionaries.  Love this work and the Lord Shout out to my brother chilling out there in Brasil. Just had his first baptism in the first week in the field Heres some pics of the week!

hey everyone, hope everyone's chill because im pretty chill too. me and my comp are staying here in this area and we are super hyped. we have a super bomb area too with a lot of potential! this week we went to the temple in Quito and it was my first time back in more than a year it was super sweet! but yeah not much more that hope u all are good!
